Privacy Policy
Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data Ovlyra ("we", "us") handles when you visit ovlyra.ai or contact us, and the rights you have wherever you live. Each Ovlyra app has its own privacy policy, linked from its App Store page and inside the app.
At a glance
- This website collects nothing about you: no cookies, no analytics, no trackers.
- If you e-mail us, we use your message only to reply.
- We never sell your data or use it for advertising or AI training.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time.
Who is responsible
Ovlyra is the controller of the data described here. Contact for anything about privacy: privacy@ovlyra.ai.
What we collect on this website
Nothing about you as a visitor. The website has no cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, advertising or embedded third-party content. Fonts and all other files are served from our own server. We do not keep visitor logs for this website. Like any web server, it briefly processes your IP address to deliver the page; it is not stored.
If you contact us
| Data | Why | Legal basis (EU/UK) | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Your e-mail address, name if given, and your message | To read and answer you | Our legitimate interest in replying; or steps before a contract | Until the conversation ends, then up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires longer |
We use an e-mail provider to receive and send mail. It processes messages on our behalf under a data processing agreement and may store them outside your country.
What we never do
- We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We do not use your data for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
- We do not use your messages to train AI models.
International transfers
We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it (for example GDPR or UK GDPR), we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers.
Security
The website is served only over HTTPS. Access to our mailboxes is limited to the people who need it and protected with two-factor authentication.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EU/UK), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has written to us, ask us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to: tell you what data we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to privacy@ovlyra.ai. We answer within 30 days (45 days where local law allows, such as California) and do not charge for it. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.
Depending on where you live, these laws give you these rights, and you can also complain to your local regulator:
- European Union / EEA — GDPR. Your national data protection authority.
- United Kingdom — UK GDPR. The Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
- Switzerland — revFADP. The FDPIC.
- United States — California (CCPA/CPRA) and other state laws such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon. We do not sell or share personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of; we honour Global Privacy Control signals anyway.
- Canada — PIPEDA, and Quebec's Law 25. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. Our privacy contact above acts as the person in charge of personal information.
- Brazil — LGPD. The ANPD.
- Australia — Privacy Act 1988. The OAIC.
- New Zealand — Privacy Act 2020. The Privacy Commissioner.
- Elsewhere — the same rights apply to you; write to us.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. If a change matters for people who have written to us, we will tell them by e-mail.
